Terms and Conditions for Membership Cancellation
1. Cancellation Rights
Members have the right to cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting customer support. Upon cancellation, members retain access to all subscription benefits until the end of their current billing period.
2. Billing and Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew on a monthly/annual basis until cancelled. Members will be charged according to their billing cycle unless the subscription is cancelled at least before the renewal date. We may modify subscription fees upon notice as described in our Terms of Service.
3. Grace Period and Refunds
We offer a 48-hour grace period following renewal during which members may request a one-month credit for future use. This credit is non-transferable and must be used within 12 months. Except as required by law, subscriptions are non-refundable and no refunds or credits will be provided for partially used billing periods.
4. Cancellation Process
To cancel your membership, sign in to your account and visit the membership settings page. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will receive an email confirmation of your cancellation. Please note that deleting the app or discontinuing use of the service does not automatically cancel your subscription.
5. Post-Cancellation
Following cancellation, you will maintain access to your membership benefits until the end of your billing period. After this period, your account will revert to a basic membership status. Any saved data will be retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
