Booking Policy
Guests, owner responsibilities, and cancellation terms for bay bookings
Every guest is a registered user. To play at PARennial Golf, each person in a booking must have their own PARennial Golf account and be invited to that booking by its owner. A maximum of four people are allowed per bay.
This policy is in lieu of a guest fee. If it is not followed, a $30 guest fee will be applied per unregistered user.
1. How a guest joins a booking
- The guest downloads the PARennial Golf app and creates an account.
- The booking owner opens the booking in the app and invites the guest.
- The guest accepts the invite from their own account.
- Once accepted, the guest uses the facility for the duration of the booking the same way any member does.
2. Why we work this way
Tying every person on a booking to a PARennial Golf account is what lets the facility recognize each player and keep the bay ready for them when they arrive. It also gives us a clear record of who is at the facility and when.
3. Booking owner responsibilities
The booking owner is responsible for everyone they invite to the booking. All participants must be added to the booking before it starts. Guests are expected to follow the same facility rules as members.
4. Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel a booking at any time before its scheduled start. Cancellations submitted before the booking start time receive a full refund to the original payment method.
- Before start time: Full refund, no fees. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days.
- After start time: The booking is considered used and is non-refundable, whether or not anyone showed up. No-shows are not eligible for a refund or credit.
- Rescheduling: If you need to move a booking, cancel the existing one before its start time and book a new slot. Rescheduling is not a partial refund.
- How to cancel: Open the booking in the PARennial Golf app and select Cancel, or contact support before the booking start time.
This policy applies to the bay reservation itself. Membership cancellations and refunds are governed separately by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
5. Facility use and conduct
Booking owners and their guests are expected to leave the bay in the condition they found it. PARennial Golf reserves the right to charge for damage caused during a booking and to refuse future bookings to anyone who repeatedly violates facility rules.
