How guests join a booking at PARennial Golf

Every guest is a registered user. To play at PARennial Golf, each person in a booking must have their own PARennial Golf account and be invited to that booking by its owner.

How a guest joins a booking

  1. The guest downloads the PARennial Golf app and creates an account.
  2. The booking owner opens the booking in the app and invites the guest.
  3. The guest accepts the invite from their own account.
  4. Once accepted, the guest uses the facility for the duration of the booking the same way any member does.

Why we work this way

Tying every person on a booking to a PARennial Golf account is what lets the facility recognize each player, capture their swings, track their progress, and keep the bay ready for them when they arrive. It also gives us a clear record of who is at the facility and when.

Booking owner responsibilities

The booking owner is responsible for everyone they invite to the booking. All participants must be added to the booking before it starts. Guests are expected to follow the same facility rules as members.
