2. How We Collect Information
We collect Personal Information through the following means:
- Directly from You: When you create an account, make a purchase, book a session, sign a contract, contact customer support, or otherwise interact with our Services.

- Service Providers: Third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, including payment processing (Stripe), email delivery (SendGrid), SMS messaging (Twilio), cloud hosting (AWS, Supabase), analytics (Google Analytics, Mixpanel), and customer support tools.
- Business Partners: Golf instructors, facility partners, and other entities with whom we collaborate to provide Services to you.
- Legal and Safety: Law enforcement, government agencies, courts, or other parties when required by law, legal process, or to protect the safety, rights, or property of PARennial Golf, our users, or the public.
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or bankruptcy, your information may be transferred to a successor entity.
- With Your Consent: We may share your information for other purposes with your express consent.
We require all third parties to respect the security of your Personal Information and to treat it in accordance with applicable law. We do not allow our service providers to use your Personal Information for their own purposes; they may only process your data for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar tracking technologies to collect information about your browsing activities and to distinguish you from other users. This helps us provide you with a better experience and allows us to improve our Services.

- Account Data: Retained while your account is active and for seven (7) years after account closure for legal and tax purposes.
- Transaction Records: Retained for seven (7) years for tax and accounting compliance.
- Signed Contracts: Retained for ten (10) years or as required by law.
- Marketing Data: Until you opt out or request deletion.
- Security Footage: Typically retained for thirty (30) to ninety (90) days, unless required for an investigation.
When Personal Information is no longer required, we will securely delete or anonymize it.

9. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), provides you with additional rights regarding your Personal Information.
Your California Rights:
- Right to Know: You may request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of Personal Information we have collected, the sources, the purposes, and the third parties with whom we share it.
- Right to Delete: You may request deletion of your Personal Information, subject to certain exceptions.
- Right to Correct: You may request correction of inaccurate Personal Information.
- Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing: We do not sell your Personal Information. We do not share your Personal Information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

"Shine the Light": California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request information about disclosure of Personal Information to third parties for direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose Personal Information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
10. Other State Privacy Rights

Illinois Residents — Biometric Information: We do not collect biometric identifiers or biometric information as defined under the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA). Electronic signatures captured by our application are stored as SVG image files and are not processed or converted into biometric data.
Appeal Process: If we deny your privacy request, you may appeal the decision by contacting us at privacy@parennialgolf.com with the subject line "Privacy Appeal."
11. Children's Privacy
Our Services are not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
