- When all bays are full, longest active session greater than 1 hour becomes eligible for turnover

- If not joining a friend, longest active session receives 5-minute warning
- Bay automatically locks after 5 minutes
- New player has 2 minutes to claim the bay
- If unclaimed, bay becomes available to others
