    • What is PARennial Golf?

      PARennial Golf is an automated, self-service, 24/7 indoor golf facility.

    • How do memberships work?

      Memberships provide access to the facility, and depending on the membership you choose, you will have access to a certain number of free bookings per month as well as walk-in play. Memberships bill monthly or annually and can be canceled at any time.

    • Do you have a mobile app?

      Yes! Our mobile app allows you to manage your bookings, check bay availability, and more.

    • How do I know if there is an available simulator bay?

      Each facility's simulator bay status is displayed in the app. Just select the facility you want to see! Each bay has a status of available, active session, active booking, or turning over. Additionally, you can see when the next booking is scheduled, if there is one. You have all the information you need to make an informed decision about when to come in.

    • So when I begin a session, can I play indefinitely?

      Unlimited play happens on a first come, first served basis. If bays remain available, you can continue to play as long as you like. If all bays are full and other members are trying to play, our proprietary bay management system will automatically turn over the bay with the longest active session greater than an hour.

    • What if a bay isn't available and I want to come in?

      If all bays are in use, then active sessions greater than an hour will begin to show as available in the app. Once you walk into a facility, the longest active session will be notified and given five minutes to wrap up before automatically ending. The bay will lock and you can then begin your session.

    • How do the four free bookings work with the Unlimited membership?

      The four free bookings allow you to guarantee yourself a time, but they are not required. You can use them all at once or spread them out over the month. They are yours to use as you see fit.

    • How do I get in the door?

      When you arrive, as long as you are within 6ft of the entry, you can unlock the door by pushing the "Request unlock" button in the app. The door will unlock and you can enter the facility. Once inside, you can unlock the bay you want to play in by selecting it in the app. The bay will unlock and you can begin your session.

    • What if I have a problem while I'm there?

      Our facility is staffless, but that doesn't mean there is no one to help you! We pride ourselves on our immediate response. Our support team is available 24/7 should you need any help. Just give support a call and we'll have you sorted out!

    • How do I get started?

      You can get started by downloading the app. From there, you can make a booking or begin a membership. With a membership, you can begin playing immediately! We can't wait to see you in the facility!
