- What is PARennial Golf?
- PARennial Golf is a fully automated, 24/7 indoor golf facility designed for seamless, self-service play.
- How do memberships work?
- Members get unlimited walk-in access and a generous monthly booking package (at least 12 hours per month).
- How do bookings work?
- Each membership includes four 'unrestricted' hour-long bookings for anytime use, primarily for weekends. Plus, you get two 'flex' hours per week that don’t count against your unrestricted balance. Bookings can be made up to an hour before they start.
- What are walk-ins?
- Walk-ins let members play without booking in advance. Just show up, start a session, and play if a bay is available.
- Can I walk in anytime without a booking? How do I check availability?
- Yes! The app shows real-time bay availability for each facility. Bay statuses include 'Available,' 'Active Session,' 'Active Booking,' 'Available on Entry,' and 'Turning Over.' You can also see when the next booking starts, so you’ll always know the best time to come in.
- Can I play indefinitely if I walk in?
- As long as bays are available, you can play as long as you want. If all bays are full and other members are waiting, the system will automatically turn over the longest active session (if it's been over an hour). This ensures fair access for everyone. You’re always guaranteed at least 60 minutes unless a booking starts within the next hour.
- What if no bays are available and I want to play?
- If all bays are in use, sessions over an hour will start showing as 'Available on Entry.' Once you arrive, the longest-running session will get a five-minute notice to wrap up before ending automatically. The bay will then lock, allowing you to start your session.
- How do I unlock the door?
- If you're near the facility, just tap the lock icon in the bottom left of the app. The door will unlock, and once inside, you can unlock any available bay through the app to start playing.
- What if I need help?
- While our facilities are staffless, our support team is available 24/7. Just give us a call, and we’ll assist you right away.
- Do you have a mobile app?
- Yes! Our app lets you book bays, check availability, access facilities, manage your membership, and more.
- How do I get started?
- Download the app, sign up, and either book a session or start a membership. With a membership, you can start playing immediately. We can’t wait to see you out there!
