A booking holds a private Trackman bay for you at the time you choose. With a membership, you can also walk in whenever a bay is open. It all happens in the PARennial Golf app.

- The bay is yours for the whole booking.
- Bring up to three guests.

How a booking works
From the app to the bay in four steps.
Choose your hours
Open the app, pick a location and day, then tap the open hours you want on any bay.
Review and confirm
Checkout shows which hours your membership covers and what, if anything, you pay before you confirm.
Invite your group
Add up to three guests to the booking. Each one accepts your invite from their own PARennial Golf account.
Unlock and play
When you arrive, unlock the door from the app. Your bay is held and ready, day or night.

What a booking costs
Included with a membership. By the hour without one.
The app shows exactly which hours are covered and what you pay before you confirm.
With a membership
Booking hours come with your membership.
- At least 12 hours of bookings included every month, and more the longer you stay.
- Book the same day or up to a month ahead, any hour of the day.
- Extra hours beyond what is included are discounted.
- Unlimited walk-ins on top of your bookings.
Without a membership
Book a one-time session and pay by the hour.
- Standard hourly rates, shown in the app before you pay.
- Book from tomorrow up to six days ahead.
- Bookings between 5am and 9pm.
- Walk-ins need a membership.
Guests and cancellations
Good to know before you book.
Up to four players per bay
The booking owner plus up to three guests. The owner is responsible for everyone they invite.
Every guest has an account
Guests create a free account and accept your invite before the booking starts. Unregistered players are charged a $30 guest fee.
Cancel any time before it starts
Cancel in the app before the start time for a full refund. Once it starts, the booking counts as used, even if no one shows up.
Booking questions
Do I need a membership to book?
No. Anyone with a PARennial Golf account can book a bay by the hour. A membership adds included booking hours every month, a longer booking window, discounted extra hours and unlimited walk-ins.
How far ahead can I book?
With a membership, from the same day up to a month ahead. Without one, from tomorrow up to six days ahead. The app only shows hours you can book.
Can I change the time of a booking?
Bookings can’t be moved. Cancel the booking before it starts, which is fully refunded, then book the new time.
What if someone is playing on my bay when I arrive?
Your booking takes priority over walk-ins on that bay. Walk-in players can see in the app when the next booking starts, so the bay is free when you arrive.
