Members can walk in anytime a bay is available. No booking required. Walk-ins do not use any booking hours — they are unlimited for all membership tiers.
If you decide to book a bay same-day instead of walking in, that booking will use your Unrestricted hours (Flex hours are only available for future-day bookings).
PARennial Golf is designed to ensure everyone gets a fair chance to play. When all bays are full, the system actively manages turnover.
Once all bays are occupied, any walk-in session that has exceeded one hour becomes eligible for turnover. The app tracks how long each bay has been in use that day.
When a new player walks in, the system identifies the bay that has been active the longest and turns that bay over - ensuring everyone gets at least an hour of play per day.
