• Plan Ahead for Peak Times: Reserve your spot during busy hours to ensure you never miss a chance to play when it suits you.
• Structured Practice: Schedule consistent training sessions to build and maintain your skills.
• Unrestricted bookings: You receive 4 unrestricted hour long bookings for use whenever, however you want.
• Flex bookings: Utilizean hour booking M-Th, for a max of 2 hours each week, without going into the unrestricted balance of bookings mentioned above.

• Round-the-Clock Access: Whether it’s early morning, late at night, or midday, our facilities are open for you.
• Flexible Practice and Play: Come in for a quick warm-up, an intense practice session, or a full round with friends—whenever it suits you.
• Never waste time: Walk in without a booking when you see availability. Don't have flexiblity? Make a booking and come in at your convenience.

Real-Time Bay Statuses

Our real-time bay management system and in-app status updates keep you informed, so you spend more time playing:

• Available: Bays open and ready for immediate play.
• Active Session: Bays currently in use for unscheduled practice or play.
• Active Booking: Bays reserved and occupied as part of a scheduled session.
• Available On Entry: The bay is currently in use, but you can force it to turn over by walking into the facility.
• Turning Over: Bays transitioning between sessions, indicating an ending session and upcoming availability.

Initiating Bay Turnover

When all bays are occupied, the bay with the longest active session over an hour is marked for turnover:

• Enter the Facility: When you arrive, the app prompts, “Joining a friend?” Selecting “No” starts the turnover process for the longest active session.
• 5-Minute Wrap-Up: The longest session receives a 5-minute alert to wrap up. If not vacated, the bay locks and becomes available for the next member.
• Claim Your Bay: You have a 2-minute window to claim the bay once it turns over. If unclaimed, it opens up to others.
• Eligibility Rules: Members who haven’t reached an hour of playtime for the day can trigger a turnover. Those who have played more than an hour can still use any available bay but won’t initiate turnover.
