About This Course
The famous James Braid designed this demanding classic par 72 course. It is set in a beautiful parkland location, with a fantastic variety of very old trees indigenous to the area. Each year, the best amateur golfers from around Ireland descend on Mullingar Golf Club for the Mullingar Scratch Trophy. The Scratch Trophy boasts an impressive winners list which includes numerous Major winners and Ryder Cup Captains, Rory McIlroy and Padraig Harrington to name but two.
